New MC or established carrier, the process stays simple. If you meet the checklist, we can start dispatch support fast and without guesswork.

Required

Active MC/DOT

Operating authority must be active and verifiable, with FMCSA authority details and your MC authority letter ready.
ELD compliant

Truck and logs must meet ELD requirements.
Active Highway.com profile

Profile should be active with current carrier documents.
Certificate of Insurance

Submit a current COI showing active coverage and policy details.
W-9

Provide a completed W-9 with legal business and tax details.
Sign the carrier-dispatcher agreement

A signed agreement is required before dispatch setup begins.

If you’re ready to run, these are the most common questions we hear right before onboarding.

What do you charge for dispatch?

Flat 10% of the load gross. No hidden admin fees and no long-term contract lock-in.

Do you force me to take loads?

No forced dispatch. You approve every load. We negotiate and present options—you decide what runs.

What equipment do you support?

We dispatch cargo vans, hotshots, box trucks, dry vans, flatbeds, and auto transport across the lower 48.

Do you work with new MCs?

Yes. We support new authorities and help with setup packets, broker credit checks, and first-load planning.

What happens after I complete onboarding?

We review your details, confirm documents, align lane and rate goals, then start sourcing loads that fit your setup.

How will we communicate day to day?

Direct and fast—mainly call or text, plus email for documents and confirmations. You’ll always know where things stand.
